Wash your hands

Follow the next steps

Eliminate Bacteria

Our hands have contact with countless surfaces. Banknotes, coins, animals, doors, tubes in public transport. Between 104 and 109 different types of bacteria have been detected on one hand. A good carving can get rid of them all.

Avoid Infections

Poor hand hygiene can have serious health consequences. Many infections can originate in the hands, from diarrhea to respiratory and brain diseases. You will make them less sick if you wash them.

Against Guests

Hosts of other diseases, such as worms, live on our hands and can stay there if we let them. These can infect other parts, such as our eyes, which are usually in constant contact with our hands.

Good medicine

There are infections that resist the use of certain medications. This occurs, above all, in places such as hospitals or operating rooms, but the action of washing your hands can reduce the risk of contracting these diseases by up to 51%.

Clear Cleanliness

The hands are not only our main body tool, but they connect us with others. Washing your hands also removes grease and dirt, leaving a good scent that will always be good.

Steps to do

Wet your hands with clean, running water (warm or cold)

Turn off the tap, and apply liquid soap.

Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap, then, the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails.

Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds. Need a timer? Hum the “Happy Birthday” song from beginning to end twice.

Rinse your hands well under clean, running water.

Dry your hands using a clean towel or air dry them.
